The Anniversary Edit

Let’s come together to celebrate one year of PAR LA MER 🎀 A space for movement, reflection, and connection. We’ll start with a Pilates flow to move up the body, followed by a guided journaling session and an open group conversation to reflect, connect, and celebrate how far we’ve come. Afterward, we’ll gather over matcha and light bites, a moment to slow down and enjoy good company.

We’ll also have a photographer capturing our sweet little moments. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let me know beforehand, I want everyone to feel comfortable!

What to bring: A journal and pen A water bottle An open heart

What to wear: Comfortable activewear for pilates and lounging afterward. Color palette: Light neutrals 🩷 soft tones like white, beige, grey, light pink, brown, or baby yellow!
